The HEAR Family believes that embracing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) enriches our mission and helps us serve our community more effectively.

This commitment applies to all aspects of our operations, including, but not limited to, our internal practices and policies, the design and implementation of our programs, and the selection and engagement of volunteers, beneficiaries, staff, board members, and students.
