The HEAR Mentoring Program offers a comprehensive handbook, enrichment sessions, online resources, and training to new mentor volunteers. Once you sign up to become a mentor, HEAR will provide access to an online training program. Completing this training is required before an introduction is made to a scholar. It offers valuable guidance on building a strong connection with your student, prepares you for potential questions you may be asked, and provides suggestions on how to respond effectively.
